Leaked: 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Anthem “We Are One” Pitbull

Who better to bring countries together than Mr. Worldwide? Omnipresent rapper Pitbull premiered his theme song for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil today (January 31) and it delivers exactly what you would expect from the soundtrack to a sporting event — uplifting lyrics and stirring beats with a slight world music twist.

“It’s only right that we do something for the world cup,” begins Pit humbly before sing-talking his way through generic but well-intended lyrics like “even though we may look different, we’re really all the same” and rapping about flags. Of course, he throws in a bit of Spanish and says “ole” a lot. It’s no “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)” but with enough beer and soccer, this will do the trick. Listen to the song after the jump.

FYI... rumors have it this MIGHT be a leaked track from Em's new album... if it's legit remains unconfirmed:

Dr. Dre and Shady Records president Paul Rosenberg are happy to announce that rapper Eminem is currently in the studio recording new music. So when should fans expect Slim's 2013 album to drop? Rumors suggest that Em's highly-anticipated eighth studio album will hit stores sometime in early July, but for now, fans will have to sit back and wait. NO new Slim Shady songs have yet to leak online, although several YouTube clips entitled "EMINEM NEW MUSIC 2013" would suggest otherwise... Several of those Eminem-esque tunes in fact feature upcoming hip-hop/rap artist Denace. And Denace wants all of his fans to know - he is NOT an Eminem wannabe. The "Welcome Home" rapper recently reached out to Mstars through email to prove it...

Eminem has yet to schedule any US performances, but he'll kick off a mini-tour in Europe this August:According to Paul Rosenberg, Eminem has been working on this new album for quite some time, and the record will most likely be released sometime this summer (post Memorial Day). Several loyal Slim Shady fans consider Denace an Eminem "wannabe," but he's ready to put the record straight. In an email sent to Mstars on May 29, Denace claims:

People have been taking all my songs and posting them on their Youtube pages renaming them "Eminem," "New Eminem 2013," etc. So, that whole 'wannabe' crap is bull... I'm doing me and only me, it's the other people trying to get views on their pages... Just wanted to let you guys know, thanks.

Check out Denace's official Youtube channel here. His sound's very similar to Em's beats, but he indeed is his own artist. And his rhymes are pretty sick!

So despite the ongoing rumors, little information is currently available in regards to Slim's new album and music. In the meantime, sit back and chill out to some of Denace's tunes for that Slim Shady feel if you must.

Insiders confirm that this past year, rapper Eminem was busy in the studio working on fresh beats for the post-Memorial Day release of his eighth studio album - so what's the deal? Shady Records president Paul Rosenberg insists that a new album will "definitely" be released sometime this summer... but several fans continue to beg the question just when that might be. Initial reports suggested the record would drop on May 28... obviously that wasn't true. Now, rumors have it that new Slim Shady music will hit the airwaves on July 2. But considering Eminem protege Skylar Grey is set to release HER new album "Don't Look Down" on July 9, do fans think Slim might wait so that he doesn't steal all of her thunder? Kpopstarz implies that maybe Em will release his unnamed record in LATE July... sometime before he kicks-off a mini-tour in Europe. Twitter fans continue to anxiously await the new album... and several loyal Slim Shady followers insist that the record will drop on July 2:

But Eminem has yet to confirm this official release date himself. Aspiring singer/songwriter Skylar Grey (real name, Holly Brook) works closely with Slim and Interscope Records. Her sophomore album "Don't Look Down" is scheduled for a July 9 release date through both KidinaKorner Records AND Eminem's Shady/Aftermath/Interscope Records. In order to for its success, do fans think Em will hold off on releasing his new album?

But the smart thing would be for Shady to release the new tunes before he begins touring in Europe in August... which means maybe a late July release date? What do fans think about that? Stay tuned for more details!

Eminem's new album is finished, according to hip-hop producer and rapper Dr Dre and rumors are a release date of the Tuesday after Memorial Day (May 28th).  

He has confirmed dates Aug 15-25 in Europe and will close his time out there headlining this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals in the UK over the weekend August 23-25.  Reading Festival have announced this year's Headliners which include Green Day, Biffy Clyro and Eminem. Also playing the festival this year are Fall Out Boy, System of a Down, Deftones, Bring Me The Horizon, Nine Inch Nails, New Found Glory, Frank Turner, Brand New, Skrillex, The Lumineers and more. 

"Em is finishing up his project," Dr Dre told Power 106 FM. "And for me man, I've just gotten inspired again to go back into the studio." Dre went on to say, "I'm just really having fun with life and having fun with being creative and trying new and different things with myself, just trying to stay active. As you know, it's been almost 30 years for me in music. It's a little bit difficult to keep getting inspired to get back in there but you know, music is my first love and I'm going to continue to do that as long as I can."Working on the new Eminem album has helped Dr. Dre rekindle his fire passion to create music as well.  

Fans are still waiting on official word for U.S. dates but with the new album dropping this summer, confidence is high that Eminem will do a U.S. tour at some point in 2013.

Eminem With His New Album In 2013

Eminem Reveals 2013 Album Is Coming With A Tip Of The 'Hat'

New Detroit Tigers-styled cap celebrates the years of Eminem's solo albums, including 2013.

The Detroit Tigers may have been swept out of baseball's World Series by the San Francisco Giants, but the D still has plenty to celebrate now that there are signs that their native son Eminem will be dropping his eighth solo album next year.

Over the weekend, Eminem's official online store debuted a Marshall Mathers baseball cap styled like the famous blue-and-white hat the Tigers wear. Instead of the iconic D, the new Slim Shady-inspired headwear features a backwards E and an inscription with the years Em dropped each of his solo albums on the side panel. "Side panel is dedicated to the landmark Eminem solo albums. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Marshall Mathers Foundation," reads the description on the site.

The 1996 inscription commemorates the release of indie debut Infinitewhile 2010 marks the drop of Marshall's last LP Recovery, but fanatics with a keen eye noticed the 2013 entry that points to a new album for next year — even though his label has not confirmed a date.

In August, while out promoting Slaughterhouse's Shady Records debut, Em confirmed to MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway that he was once again in album mode. "I've actually kinda just started. I've been on the move a little bit too, so I've in between things, sneak songs in here and there," Em said during a radio interview flanked by Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Royce da 5'9" and Crooked I.

Last month, platinum producer No I.D. confirmed exclusively with MTV News that he and Em have made plans to hit the studio together. "I definitely sat down and spoke with Eminem about working and we agreed to get in the studio and see what we could do," he said. "He's one of the best, I want to work with one of the best and try and give some music contributions. I think that would be one of the next steps in that lineage of what I'm trying to do."
On top of his solo mission, last week SIlm Shady also teamed up with his pal 50 Cent to shoot a video for Fif's upcoming Street King Immortalalbum in Michigan Central Station in Detroit.
